Cygnus Wall & Pelican Nebula – NGC 7000
Cygnus Wall & Pelican Nebula – NGC 7000
The Cygnus Wall (Top Left) and the Pelican Nebula (Lower Right) are bright energetic emissions nebula in the heart of the NGC 7000. When viewing the milky-way at night, this target overall is about 10x the size of the moon, so it’s large, but light levels are low enough you can not capture it with the unaided eye. Astrophotography picks it up very easily though. For reference to the size, IF you could pick up enough sky light when viewing, the moon would fill this entire frame across.
