NGC 2359 Thor’s Helmet
NGC 2359 Thor’s Helmet
I have never captured this little Wolf-Rayet down south from my northern latitudes. It’s a very very low target for me in the Canis Major constellation. This neat little target is an emissions nebula being energized by a hot central star about 12,000 light years from earth.
