North American Nebula – NGC7000
North American Mosaic
This is a large mosaic of NGC7000 that was done in a 2×2 framing and then stacked in Astro Pixel Processor to stitch together. The data is very low at this point, with only a dozen subs in each quadrant across narrowband filters Ha, Oiii, Sii. The experiement is to see how well the multi-band blending is working and if coordinates and framing are on at this stage before spending more time on target for fainter detail, but turning out pretty good so far.
