Refund Policy
ASG Astronomy, llc stands behind our product 100% and is dedicated to providing the best possible quality products we can. If for some reason you need to reach out to us regarding one of our products, please do so as we do a refund on a per situation basis.
A couple of basic rules:
1. We work hard to supply and build our products. Having a technical issue does not warrant a refund. Instead, we will work hard with you to make sure you can achieve the intended usage of the product. It is your responsibility as a buy to have the skill required to operate said devices.
2. “You have gone a different direction” or “You gave it a try, but are changing your mind” does not warrant a refund. That type of decision is to be made prior to purchasing.
3. We offer a 30 day refund, after that time period, we do not refund monies. We will certainly help support you, but we make no exceptions to this rule.
4. If you use the product, you own the product. Mounting on hardware, threading on devices and equipment, this all constitutes usage. You may freely resell your items if you wish to change direction at this point.
5. 3D printed parts are an exception and we work hard at replacing or making sure they work for your needs. If you have any 3D printed parts that need adjusting, contact us and we will send our replacements as needed for the situation.
6. We reserve the right to a restock fee. We may refund all but 7% or minimum $30 for the restock fee to cover expenses of the refund, restock, processing charges, and other fees we do not recoup. In many cases we custom build, print, and package our shipments, so restocking is an extensive process on our part. Returned items are shipped at buyers expense and we will offer you a restock fee upon requesting a refund.
