This is our ASI Electronic Focuser coupler designed to take a small EAF coupler system and mount to a RASA 11. The RASA 11 v2 focuser is a larger diameter, and requires you to either purchase a new metal EAF focuser mount, or utilize a coupler such as this to use your existing small EAF mount system.
Key Features
The design has 2 different sized openings. The small side is designed to mount to the end of a small EAF metal mount. Simply lock it in place by moving the 4mm lock screws down through the EAF holes for a solid connection. You also retain the flexibility in the stock EAF metal mounts this way.
The larger side has (4) 4mm grub screws that you can clamp down on the RASA 11 gold focuser. The large diameter design is designed to keep the solid performance with little backlash needed on a RASA focuser.
Special Note: 3D Printed Parts
For anyone not familiar with 3D printed parts, there will be varying degrees of blemishes that are across the varying surfaces. They are not machined parts, nor do we sell them as such, and when you receive parts that are 3D printed there will be some degree of blemishes somewhere on them. We fully stand behind them as working products and if for some reason they are not workable products, we will work to make it right. Just know it's 3D printed plastic!
